    Resource Help

I am looking for online resources to figure out if my boss is breaking any laws. I believe that they have, but don't know it. They are a husband and wife team and she is truly over the edge. She repeatedly defames workers curses them out publicly, physically threatens them, and on at least two occasions put her hand on the throats of employees, and once down right attacked one... please any source would be helpful for the sake of everyone that I work with... Employees are leaving in droves.

Reply: I cannot beleive the type of abuse that goes on workplaces...one of my former co workers used to have a second job as a waitress...her boss used to shove her out of his way if he was annoyed about something...anyway...if that boss's wife but her hands on my throat she would be swallowing her teeth. It would be self defense...waht do you mean by attcked?? It sounds like the police should have been called long ago.

Reply: I have done some checking but every thing I hear says take your problem to the next level of supervisor... Well I'm the assistant producer and the only other level is them... the problems themselves. Nobody has had the guts to call the cops and they are smart enough to keep it out of my face... so everything is hear say.
