A few years back I had a double whammy of a situation with bosses. The head boss was a total bully who picked a person from his staff to ostracize to the point where they were either fired or simply walked away from the horrible situation. My immediate boss would criticize the big boss to us but would turn around and completely kiss his a**. Then if an issue that she knew about and agreed with us on was brought up to the big boss in front of both of them, she would act as if she didn't know what we were talking about. It was such a toxic situation, that I simply took another job with the same company for a lot less money. At least I didn't have to work with the likes of those two psychos again!
