    Falsely Accussed of Sexual Harrassment

I have been falsely accussed of sexual harrassment. After taking me off of the job without pay and after they learned that I had spoken to a lawyer they wanted to put me on the job. After I was falsely accussed by Human Resources I explained to them that everything was on camera. They responded well we didnt know it was on camera. How does Human Resources not know it was on camera. What I was accussed of was on camera and it never happened. Im innocent.

Reply: Having been a victim of sexual harrassment in the workplace, I too was asked to leave my job...although temporarily. It is equally difficult to prove your case as a victim. Upon my return to the office (after an extensive investigation ~ 8 weeks), I was discriminated against by many of my colleagues. After 2 1/2 years of poor/indifferent treatment by my 'new' boss (the accused was let go), although I continued to perform exceptionally well in all areas of my position, I too was let go by the company just 6 weeks ago. If you are innocent, do everything that you can to prove yourself so...once you have been labeled, it will stay with you forever. I am an innocent victim but in the eyes of some, I am guilty.

Reply: judybat, I too am a victim of harrassment except even through my job found it not true. The co-worker has hired an attorney saying I am her boss which it is not true and she is suing me and the district. She has chosen to stop working because according to her (she is a blackbelt woman)is scared of me. She decided to accussed me on the day she found out I was a Lesbian. She was upset that I would not do her job because she needed to do her school work. I dont know what kind of questions to ask my district. I know they are supposed to hire an attorney for me except they are not responding to my calls. I am scared because this woman wants a lot of money. Do you know if their is a Labor Code where employers must help me with this miserable person. My union has hired a new representive and he does not feel the sue is an emergency. If you have any answers please help thank you
