My boss is a bully too. He's very intimidating and seems to get off on making people worry and run around. He's an idiot so we all just laugh when he's not here. I found another big mistake he made and he acted like I was the idiot. It was him. I have it in writing!

Swift Aviation is horrible. They deliberately try to make your job worse than it is, they find out what you like and hate and make you do the stuff you hate, and not let you do the stuff you like. I could go on and on but dont work there. You will regret it!

My boss would pick her favorites and she would go through periods where she would pick the ones she would torture for weeks. When it was my turn she would send me rude emails but in a way that would not get her into trouble. She would kick me out of the office and order me to do others work. she would scream at me or the employee of the week she chosed to tortue in front of all employees actually tell employees to shut up. we would all come in each week and say i wonder whos turn it is and if we knew she was still torturing one coworker we would try to console her. Everyone including me would walk on egg shells. Going to management for help was like talking to the wall.

Avant Imaging is not a good place to work for. Let's just say, it doesn't matter how good or hard you work, you have to be able to take the slanderous comments and physical bullying, and even then...

Canal Cartage Trucking Company is TERRIBLE! The number one place for bullying, explosive tempers, backstabbing, insulting and plain rude people. Thank God I don't work there anymore! My boss loved to curse and scream at her employees. If you're young and pretty forget it they will hate you.

Motel 6 has the worst hotel managers. They threaten, yell, and even stiff employees for pay. One is so bad that everytime she's working the checkin desk, the paper work is scr3wed up for days.

I have read some of these post of all these persons I see a thread of why we have bosses who arrogant. it is because thay have the wrong Idea of what being a boss is to me what a Boss should be is that he/she should sit back and listen to view and Ideas that Employees have to say instead of theats and intimidation if they do that they should be fired. if I had a company I would not tolerate what they do to persons in the work place I wouldn,t give them much time to even clear their desks out it would be pay back for the way they treated the persons in my company .

I hate bully bosses.Workplace violence happens. It isn’t the most widespread of violent acts; by the numbers, a person is more likely to be killed by a bolt of lightning, allergy to a bee sting, or eaten by a shark than in an anct of workplace violence. It's tough to tell whether it was preventable or not, depending on the case. Workplace violence is being cited as the reason behind the murder of Annie Le, the Yale graduate student, and the man arrested for the crime Raymond Clark III. Other examples are the fabled post office workers going murderously insane, and other workplace massacres. However limited the odds that a person will see it or experience, it's worth a few instant loans worth at least to prevent workplace violence.
