Sick Days

I was at the hospital for 5 days between last week and begining of this week. thursday I was working and I called 911 because I have to much pain in my low back. When I get to the hospital they told me I have Kidney stones and they sent home the day after. One hour after I got home I got in pain again and back to the hospital. I got to days notice to be out of work. The hospital release me again saturday morning.

Sunday afternoon I got pain and back to hospital again.Surgery the follow it monday. release. tuesday with doctor notice: Back to work wed 11/2005.

Wed afternoon when I got to work I saw that my schedule was change. my days off will be this following weekend friday, saturday and sunday. my manager change it because I was absent last weekend. I show to her my doctor notices.

I think is unfair that she changes my schedules because I wasn't there the weekend before. It's no my fault that I what seek last weekend.

I work this week wed, thur, friday and she wants to charge me for 4 sick days which I think shoul be only 2 because the week is saturday thru friday and I shoul have 2 days off and I work 3. and friday from last week It was my day off.
