I have a boss who I sometimes like then he turns on me and acts like I am an idiot.I have been at my place for sixteen years.I have went over his head to talk with the district manager about his verbal abuse and temper for no good reasons he loses it.It is like he looks at the small picture and forgets the big picture.I am white and male so to no avail do I have a chance to fight back.

Reply: I have been employed for 26 years as a mailing house supervisor. Three weeks ago my bass called me into her office. She then told me i was being demotted for reasons that had no substance. I was taken off salary and put on hourly wage.Which amounts to 1060 dollars a month. The folling week my ins went up 45 dollars a week.I am now below poverty level! My wife suffers from spinal stenosis and is unable to do much of any normal things. After work my time is spent cleaning and doing all housework chores, not to mention yard & car. thanks for reading.
