Workplace Harrassment is done by discretion of whose (which employee) privacy your employer (boss or supervisor) wants to intrude and distribute among other oterh staff members to harass and harm the disliked (ugly one). Emails are right away intruded, telephone messages are tapped, field trips are traced minute by minute, conversations are recorded and survellence cameras are used in work area and at the time goging to the rest room. It can be proved if it is done to only one as there will not be any true witness.

There is intrusion of privacy due to several reasons – envy, ill will, and need of some type of research and anxiety to know about others and / or gossip about one’s personal life. You will be surprised to know that the member/s of a non-profit volunteer organization intrude emails, telephone calls, trace the places the executive member or the President of the Organization visits without any cause – just due to ill will (that that member is not the president or that member is over boasting that he did this and that. However, it happens vice versa that a president of an organization does it against members to oversee. After intruding into emails, phone calls, tracing of places; they chat and gossip. Sadly, this executive member is not notified about illegal hacking and intrusion. Illegal things are now legally used and legal things (or people) seem suspicious to be illegal. Can we have technology which may detect the people’s interest due to ill will and may either report to the person being intruded and/or issue a court order to the intruder (regardless of the intruded person is being notified or not) and indict the intruder. Unluckily, there are too many who walk with some type of investigator’s ID that they can get desired info about anyone they wish form any one they wish. Thye can even change their appearance as and when they wish or feel a need.

In some work place, there’s some type of evil club – perhaps the part of communication system which traces emails, phones, mail, and places. I do not know how to be a part of this club. This club knows about all office and related matters and thus your job is not only secure but allows you get promotion, receive extra pay check as (false) commendation of your work, and thus are friendly at work instead of being isolated from your coworkers as you do not belong to the club and do not know what’s going in office.

Psychopath and promotion
The coworkers who hack emails, internet and tape phone calls and conversations are harming an innocent coworker by learning her style of doing things, knowing her contacts, and plans of her field of study for further education or application for promotional job titles and places she sent her resume. They did not know all this. This innocent coworker does not know about them, does not their plans, and thus remains unpromoted as she is not learning but giving what she knows. The boss/es allow this due to hatred for the innocent.
