My boss has told me that I take horrible pictures, but face to face I'm attractive. Is that considered harrasment in any way. I was definitly offended by it. Please help?

No offense, but don't be so particular. Some women take offence to things because they are insecure, other people unaware of the persons insecurities may joke or kid around thinking you are of a personal friend basis and hurt your feelings... You basically need to grow up

It was rude but not harassment.

I work with a guy who has sexually harassed many females at our work. Complaints have been made yet he was recently promoted into a leadership position. The people who promoted him know of his sexual complaints. Now our female employees are upset. What can we do?

I am 25yrs old and I am closely working with a 50yr old(not my boss). She has repeatedly yelled at me twice specifically stating that she is older than me and I need to respect her and that she is wiser than me. She has also made comments in front of me that she despises young people. Furthermore, she has specifically stated to my boss that she refuses to respect me because I am "only 25". This woman continues to give me a hard time on a daily basis. She does not speak to other employees the way she does to me. I am sick of her bullying me. Can I do anything about this?

Recently I started working for another government agency here in the islands. For the two years that I have been here I have been brought to the office for reasons like I am seen at the Legislature or at the Governor's Office. I am in a management position working in a division that has no funding. As a manager, I need to go out and find assistance to ensure that my employees and my operations are funded. I am also told constantly to stop volunteering with our local community. I have also been getting leave without pays for coming in late, although I am an exempt employee and I usually work until 7 or 8PM. I have been bringing this issue to my boss's attention but he get sarcastic and condesending. I know that he will not correct the issue as the manager of our HR is his relative. It is the manager who is instructing her employees to not pay me. This is still ongoing and it is a very sensitive issue to me. Please excuse the misspells. I am so pissed off.
