Reply: Me too, I was asked to resign from my company. It was the pack of wolves. I tried to transfer to another department but they had blocked me. We had 15 minutes meeting just to let me know that I have to give them my letter of resignation. My problem is I have too many degrees and experience. They hate it.They dumped work on me every night to test whether I can make it. Of course, I managed to get it almost 80% - 90% finished. It's still not enough for them. They tried to find fault with me everyday.I clocked out at 11.30 pm almost every night to avoid OT. But 2 supervisors in their gang can get OT. I feel so sick everyday mentally and emotionally. I had made so many work tracking spreadsheets for them and found out later that my manager had copied all my work put in her folder. Talked to HR, it does not mean anything. They brainwash her because she is new. I cannot find fairness from anyone. I have to think on my own, no one help me because I am the only Asian in the company. It is racial bias or not I don't know. I can't eat, can't sleep. I have my PTO 66 hours. How can I use my PTO? Should I give them a letter of resignation now or later? They told me that my 2 week notice is on June 21, 05. What I have to do? Please advise.
