I support Healthy workplace (anti-abusive) legislation. We need to stop abusive managers who increasingly are acting like tyrant-dictators saying "I can fire you at whim for anything at any time". They act like third world dictators and it is against US democratic values. We need legislation to protect good and hardworking American Citizen Employees. The abusive managers get away with what they are doing b/c corporations keep importing cheap (silent) foreign workers who work for less money and put up with third world inhumane treatment. We need to stop corporations from hiring foreign workers so that they have to abide US Employment laws.
