Potential Employeees BEWARE, this company has an 80% turnover rate. With incompetent managers and unethical practices, you will want to research them before they hire you! They change their compensation plans constantly to keep from paying bonuses. They have upwards of 20,000 employees and are the largest provider of funeral/cemetery services in the U.S., but you would soon see why the turnover is so high! Research: SCI Lawsuits and you will get some idea!
