My ex boss still owes me for 2 weeks worth of wages. Everytime I call, he tells me that he does not have the money. Also that he has not paid his other employees either. How do I go about taking him to small claims?

Reply: Just think that the 2-week of wages you donate to the poor.. Forget it... money is not the only thing you have to think too much about it.. I always think that $$$$ is a secondary thing.... you feel better.. think about your health... good health both physical & mental is great to work again... think about someplace else..

Reply: Non payment of wages is illegal. You might want to remind your former employer of this.
