credit history and boss

I have a boss who has been bankruppeted some years ago (about 8 years back) now trying to do business again. He some how wants to add his name to my account b'coz i am a US CITIZEN (my credit report is not that good)so that he can gain his credit back and do business again. I am not willing to add his name for the following reasons.

please advise. I have vrious reasons for which i do not want to do it.

1. i am employed in the usa but my work location is out of country.

2. if i say no he might do harm to my job and my credit histroy or my coming back to the usa.

3. I have moved to India for family reasons and I willbe moving back to the USA after some years.

4. I am worried whether he will hamper my growth as an employee, so that i cannot come back to the country.

i will really appreciate if anyone could advise me on this issue.

Kindly ask any questions I willbe happy to provide. for now here are a few things about him.

Note:

1.He visits USA only on business visa,

2.He is not a citizen

3.he has a very bad credit
