My Supervisor is an obnoxious bully. I take more than I should because, unfortunately, even though I do not respect the man, I do respect the position. He's been really mean lately but I finally got my laugh. He had to take some time off because he fell out of his hammock onto a ground level tree stump. It seems he didn't tie the knots correctly. I'm not one to seek revenge or wish bad things to happen, however, I am one to enjoy it when a mean person gets theirs...LOL.

Reply: I work for this horrible company that does handset protection and roadside assistance. They recycle people every couple of months. It doesn't matter if you are sick you will still be written up. Currently the company has cancelled one of its programs and my coworkers who are only trained in this program are in shambles. Supervisors are not helpful in getting the untrained employee into a class....you konw the deal....they put their laziest best friend first. Abruptly the program was cancelled or will be cancelled a the end of the month. These people in management are spineless and worthless. If you want to fire anyone in this state, it is at will enployment. Sadly, my co-workers who have not been trained come to work on time and do their job, but maybe they didn't brown nose and talk back to the sups so they are paying the price. The pathetic management company instead of firing them (not that it matters b/c they do not pay unemployment..employees have to sign a waiver), they're trying to push them out. I am definitely going to keep my options open when working here and make sure that I read between the lines. They will not encounter any trouble at all for firing these people, but they choose sneaky underhanded ways instead. I will defintely look for something else.
