    Harrasement or Discrimination?

I was injured on the job and have had continual problems ever since.

Boss seems to find reason to openly find fault with my work even though co workers state on my work days we all work harder and I never slow down even when I am in severe pain.

They state that things are clean, more organized, on my week of work( rotating schedules) than on my off week.

Even though I am on restricted duties I do things I know I shouldnt do just to keep the boss happy but, no matter what Boss isnt happy with anything I do.

I am going to try to seek to be put out on perm. disabilty due to stress and job not allowing me to heal.

How would any one else handle this situation?

Reply: This harrasement and discrimination! I have experienced it. If there is no one you can complain or there is no possibility to find another job, maybe the best way is to get perm. dissability. Write everything that happens to you and gather evidences regarding any kind of harrasement and discrimination. It is helpful.

Reply: Great advice above. I would also seek the advice of a Workman's Comp advocate. They can tell you what to document and how long you need to document it to make your case. This doesn't sound like a very good company.
