Boss is a liar and bully

My boss has lied at twice now to our HR department alleging inappropriate behavior but when asked for specifics, none are provided. I have many communication tools that I've learned over the years, but none have worked with her. I've gone to HR and her supervisor, both with no results. My boss has now falsely accused me of yelling at her and refusing to give her job related information. I made an appointment with our "Employee Advisory Service", but that's not until Oct 7th. I've been looking for an attorney too. I'm an 18 year veteran of state government and just left a postion 9 months ago for this one for the same reasons. I can't believe this is happening to me again. I'm grasping at straws and have no idea what to do. My boss is the head of a major division and I'm her admin. assist. Who do you think HR is going to believe? Any and all advice welcome!

O.M.G!!!! You sure you're talking about you.....or me? I'm beyond myself, drowning fast with no help. I believe the union is in kahoots with HR and NOTHING gets past the building manager who has nothing to do with nothing. |
