Crossing the line!!!!!!!!

I asked for a transfer because my boss is very abusive shes a women pharmacist, and throws things etc. Have put up with for 2 years, I am a size 5 and she wrote a note on my car that said F**** You OBESE pig, she weighs about 250 pounds, power freak never wrong will blame you without knowing facts,gone to supervisor,nothing done,single mom and cant leave my job, advise please.....Jasmund

Do you see any hope of your current job getting any better? It's been like this for HOW long?
The best revenge is living well.
Leave.
Find another job. Use your vacation time if you need to, but get out. |

no thats the easy way- it would appear you have a sexual harassment case when she called you out of your name; also those temper tantrums which she displays can also be a form of harassment or intimidation. You should contact your nearest civil rights commission or bar association which provides free legal services and representation- and will confirm how strong of a case you may have- also document all his/her abusive acts towards to you and others she may incorporate as retaliation- this is against the law as well |
