fired for speaking out.

i was fired for telling my boss that it was not fair that his two friends that are working there, did nothing, literally slept, talked all the time, went out during work hours, after telling him it was not fair, he made a story up, that i called someone a word, and thats why i was fired.He liked me at first but as soon as i talked about his friends, he had it out for me. The sad thing is that twoo weeks earlier i got my brother a job there.What should my brother do????
