    Confront them. Let them know how they are acting and tell them to alter their behavior. This isn't 100% full proof. However, it really throws them off guard when someone calls them on something they are doing wrong. This really only applies to people that are of reasonable character. I think those with emotional problems may need a whole different approach and unfortunatly they are the ones that are tolerated in the work place because of their "special needs"
