What gives Managment the right to treat workers like dirt who do they think they are All we get is we are cutting back we are over budget why dont managment cut ther wages back i work in a pathology department as a cleaner we have three managers why i dont know if anyhting goes wrong managment blame the workers for there mistakes or they get the next in charge to do all the dirty work my boss this is no joke his job is 8hrs he starts at 8am supposed to finish 430 pm he takes off at 4pm writes 430 on time sheet he claims half an hour every night and when he went on long service leave the person doing his job walked out of there in 4hrs and this was everyday for 8 weeks he told the ceo its only a 4hr job of course he done nothing about it i know because i have been told he hides in my cleaners room pretending he is stacking my stock on the shelf which i have already done to fill in time but no one will back me up because they are paying a house off and scared they will loose there job what a joke
