    Why all bosses are dictators!!

    There's this very insightful "manifesto" written on why bosses are programmed to be dictators. It's published on the ChangeThis website - www.changethis.com

    Things will make a lot of sense after you read this manifesto. Having said that, the status quo benefits CEOs and bosses, so it remains to be seen if anything will change!

    Reply: Indeed very insightful article - so the lesson from the 'manifesto' is that we shouldn't blame bosses, but blame the system instead. Now, if only someone would implement this!
