How do you deal with a passive agressive boss that is perceived as a pleasant person, but is extremely disceptive. Her persona is a front. She is phony and manipulative. Peace is not probable for me with her as my manager.

This is what I'm going through, only difference is, how to deal with a passive aggressive male version who is manipulative and extremely disceptive. Who hired a temporary male to do part of my job that I love doing, and sticking me with all the data clerk tasks. The boss refuses to listen to any of my suggestions, that will help save the company money. (not talking just small money either.)Because I am a woman.
